Pastor Troy and his wife Chanel are lifelong residents of the New Orleans Metro Area. They have been married since 2005 and have four children: Jajuan (boy), Rayelynn, Troiana and Tamera. Pastor Troy received an Associates and Bachelors of Arts in Christian Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Apologetics at NOBTS. Pastor Troy served as Lead Supervisor for the search and rescue team during hurricane Katrina. Pastor Troy has started and founded several ministries and foundations, such as Cross Culture Community Church, Church Without Walls New Orleans and Church Without Walls Jackson, Ms. He also served as an elder to help build Crescent City Community Church, a local church plant. Troy is currently serving as an approved and sponsored North American Mission Board missionary and Louisiana Baptist Convention church planter. He is also the owner of GT&C(GOD, Troy & Chanel Enterprise), a local small business that serves Louisiana and neighboring states.
